Just read about an extensive podcast series being hosted by Whirlpool. Thought it was a nice example of leveraging a new technology to reach out to the time-starved american family member and give them information and content of VALUE that educates and empowers. (Certainly a helluva lot more engaging than talking about dishwashers.) Gre at demonstration of how a consumer-products company is going beyond a product message to position themselves as a resource who understands and values their customers. check podcasts out here
